Located a few steps from Valmy metro D station, leading in less than 10 minutes to the Presqu'île and Place Bellecour, this very beautiful, comfortable and nicely furnished 135 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secured building. The entrance opens onto a large bright living room/living room/kitchen space. The pretty kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. and everything you need for cooking. On the living room/living room side, a large dining table with 2 benches, a lounge area with various seating elements and an overhead projector available for your cinema evenings. The hallway in the sleeping area leads to a 1st room with a desk and a 160x190 queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a 3rd bedroom with another 140x190 double bed and also a desk. Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
