Situated on one of the liveliest and authentic neighborhoods in Lyon, at the heart of Croix-Rousse and 15 minutes walk from the Presqu'île, you will definitely enjoy the calm and comfort of this amazing 32 m² apartment with lovely decoration. It is on the 4th floor without elevator. You will benefit from a beautiful bright space of 32 m², with a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a desk and a large cupboard, and also a living room/kitchen area with a single sofa bed sized 120 x 180, a HD TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen including oven and dishwasher. To the left of the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and towel dryer. Finally, to the left of the bathroom, a laundry area with a washing machine and storage space. This is the perfect place for a business trip, or a romantic one. WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...). Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave. **Our services** Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18 (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest). Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
