The space
Located in the heart of the Part Dieu district, the business heart of the city, our apartment offers all the comfort of a modern residence. With a surface area of 46 m², this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a business trip or for a couple's vacation.
You will enjoy a pleasant and bright living room with HD TV and a sofa bed of 160200cm, a modern and fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a Queen-size bed of 160200cm. The apartment comes with a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The living room opens onto a large balcony with a table for 6 people, overlooking the courtyard of the building. Finally, a garage in a secure box awaits your vehicle in the undeground level.
High speed WIFI is available.
Sheets and towels are provided. We also welcome you with various products (coffee, tea, rice, pasta...).
The entry in the premises is done with our reception agent by appointment. The checkout is scheduled at 11am at the latest.

Late departure until 1pm is possible for 18€ extra (to be requested the day before departure at the latest).
Our team is mobilized to guarantee you the best stay in complete safety! Before each arrival, we have a professional cleaning team that is anti-COVID to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.
As mentioned in the anounce, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighborhood are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty.
IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damages (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day...), an exceptional deposit by credit card of 500€ will be required before the beginning of the stay (Airbnb platform included). It will not be possible to access the apartment without a secured deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

Other things to note
Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one bedding each. It costs 18€/bedding for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 beddings, the extra cost is 18€/stay/bedding.
By booking, you accept our security camera facing the front door only to control the number of travellers. It only views the front door to allow for an autonomous check-in and check-out. Data are saved for 10 days. You can express your rights by contacting us by messaging us on the website.
