The space
You will enjoy a lovely renovated Old Lyon apartment with a living room/sleeping area with an HD TV and a comfortable 140x190 bed, as well as a nice fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilets.
It is on the 1st floor without elevator, it is very calm as it is overlooking the inner courtyard of the property.
This is definitely the perfect place for a touristic or a professional stay, with everything you need to see at a walking distance. WIFI available. Sheets and towels are included.
You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).
Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.
According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
