The space
Close to Part Dieu and at the centre of the 3rd lively Lyon's neighborhood, you will enjoy the comfort of this beautifully renovated 20 m² studio.
It is composed of a nice living room with a HD TV and a comfortable 140*190 bed. There is a nice 2 person dining table and a fully equipped brand new little kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilets.
It is the best place for a romantic stay or a business trip.
It is situated on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small building.
Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.
You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox in the building. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).
Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.
According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
