This neighborhood (3rd district) is an ideal choice for travelers who are interested in these topics: walks, shopping and city breaks. A few minutes from metro Garibaldi on the 3rd floor with elevator.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

Thanks to our connected lock the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM).

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
