✨ A spacious luxury apartment in the heart of Vieux Lyon Ideally located just 1 minute on foot from Vieux-Lyon metro, a few steps from the Saône riverbanks and a 5-minute walk from Place Bellecour, this exceptional 140 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift in a prestigious building. It offers an elegant and comfortable setting, perfect for a high-end stay in Lyon. 🏡 The accommodation This spacious and refined apartment consists of: A 70 m² grand living room, bright and welcoming with large bay windows, a quality sofa and television for your evenings. A wraparound balcony, providing a small outdoor space overlooking the lively street. Two stunning quiet bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed (180×200 cm). Private en-suite bathroom for each bedroom with Italian shower. An ideal location for both luxury tourist stays and extended or mid-term professional trips. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen You have access to a beautiful, large, modern fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking: hob, oven, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. We also provide some emergency supplies: rice, pasta, and basic essentials. 🛁 Bathroom Each bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower. They include a heated towel rail and are very pleasant. Bed linen and towels are provided. We supply soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly GREENLAB brand. 💻 Modern comfort The apartment is perfectly suited for both business and leisure stays, with a spacious and comfortable environment for working, relaxing or entertaining. 🎁 Welcome essentials A small selection of complimentary items is provided to start your stay: pasta, rice and basic essentials. You will also find a complete Guest Guide with: local recommendations, instructions, Wi-Fi code, tips… 🔐 Access & check-in Check-in is by appointment with our welcome agent (key handover in person). Please allow at least 1 hour between your booking confirmation and actual check-in, depending on the agent's schedule. Please note that check-in can be done until 7 PM at the latest. For stays longer than one week, a mandatory cleaning visit by our dedicated team is scheduled every 2 weeks (already included in the price). The time slot is agreed in advance with the guest. For any additional cleaning outside the scheduled visits: 150E supplement per cleaning. 🕒 Extras Late check-out until 1 PM: +18E (request the day before departure). ⚠️ House rules As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbours are not allowed in the apartment.
